Please use our photo prep list as a guide to get your home photo day ready. Our main goal is to declutter & depersonalize. Please plan to be away from your home for the duration of the photography. We will be present to shuffle any items around and make sure the photos are perfect.

Additionally if you can do the following on the day of it is greatly appreciated!

• Turn off all fans/ceiling fans

• Remove cars from driveway and in front of the home

• Turn on all lights

• Hide all pet bowls/leashes/toys etc.

• Close all Toilet Seats

• Wipe down all counters, mirrors, and windows
