Please use our photo prep list as a guide to get your home photo day ready. Our main goal is to declutter & depersonalize.

Additionally if you can do the following on the day of it is greatly appreciated!

• Turn off all fans/ceiling fans

• Remove cars from driveway and in front of the home

• Turn on all lights

• Hide all pet bowls/leashes/toys etc.

• Close all Toilet Seats

• Wipe down all counters, mirrors, and windows
